About Dr. Martin
Dr. Autumn Martin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a special focus on Family Practice with an emphasis on mental health, women’s and children’s health.
She received her DNP from the University of Colorado and Anschutz Medical Campus, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, preventive care, and family-centered healthcare. She received her master’s and bachelor's degree at the University of Northern Colorado.
Dr. Martin is passionate about building trusting relationships with patients and empowering families through education and support. She provides holistic care across the lifespan, with particular expertise in mental health, preventive, wellness, as well as womens health.
In her spare time, Dr. Martin enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, and supporting community programs.
