Mental health care designed to create real change
At Tanglewood Collective, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment.
Healing isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about understanding the full picture of who you are, including the parts you’ve learned to hide or minimize.
Our providers offer integrative therapy and psychiatric services that help you move from surviving to living with more presence, clarity, and connection.
Whether you are just beginning your mental health journey or returning to deepen your work, we’ll meet you with care that honors both your challenges and your capacity to grow.
Care that helps you integrate every part of yourself.
Our therapists and nurse practitioners bring diverse experience and shared values to your care.
You’ll work directly with your provider to build a plan that reflects your needs, whether that’s talk therapy, medication management, or an integrative approach that bridges the two.
Different paths, same forest.
There’s no single path to healing. Our services are designed to help you find what fits best whether that’s one-on-one support, collaborative group work, or integrative therapies that address mind and body together.

Move beyond coping and toward deeper understanding.
Therapy and psychiatric care at Tanglewood are designed to help you reconnect with yourself - even the parts that feel uncomfortable or unseen.
We believe healing happens when you can hold both light and shadow, strength and softness, and begin to understand how each has shaped you.
Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface: the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life. The goal isn’t to erase the past, but to help you move through it with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. You just need a willingness to begin.

That’s completely okay. Many clients begin care simply wanting to feel more grounded or to understand themselves better. Our job is to help you find the right place to start — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
