About Gail
Gail White is a dedicated mental health professional and co-founder of Tanglewood Collective, where the focus is on innovative and compassionate approaches to healing.
With extensive experience in trauma work, Gail specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, including the use of ketamine and psilocybin in therapeutic settings. She is also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based practices, integrating these approaches to help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness.
Gail combines these evidence-based methods with somatic practices and other emerging modalities to support holistic healing, nervous system regulation, and transformation that honors your whole self - mind, body, and spirit.
